Cancellation Policy

By booking a place in our Spanish Home Education classes, you agree to the following terms: 1. Booking & Payment All classes must be booked in advance via our online booking system. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your child’s place. As spaces are very limited and reserved in advance, bookings are non-refundable. 2. Cancellations & Changes We are unable to offer refunds or credits for missed sessions, including absences due to illness, holidays, or change of plans. Please ensure you are happy with the schedule before booking. 3. Attendance Please arrive on time so children can get the most from each session. Late arrivals may miss key parts of the class. Parents are welcome to stay during the class if they wish, especially while children settle in. Parents/guardians are responsible for drop-off and collection unless otherwise agreed. 4. Behaviour We aim to provide a positive, supportive learning environment for all children. If any behaviour is consistently disruptive, we may speak with parents to find the best way forward. 5. Health & Safety Parents should inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or additional needs at the time of booking. Children should not attend if they are unwell or contagious. 6. Class Changes Occasionally, classes may need to be rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances. If this happens, we will always aim to offer an alternative session or suitable solution where possible.
